Never have I walked out of a Starbucks amazed at the service, don’t get me wrong Starbucks has a great standard of customer service but the folks at the 13217 102st location are incredible, every team member was quick to great you and wish you a well day. They were all having a great time and sounding truly genuine with their greetings and goodbyes which made for such a happy and elevated environment.Well done!
Great service, usually well stocked, however this morning there was (what I can only assume was) a zone/district manager in the customer area having a "hard talk" with an employee. I understand you have to keep your subordinates in line but you could pick a better location to do that.

This is Starbucks just like any other. We just went through the drive through but they messed up our drinks by not making them correctly. We did complain and drank them anyways. They were still very good but shockingly expensive. Good thing my daughter was buying, it's her favorite drink. I wouldn't go on my own and spend that much on a beverage, especially when they messed it up. But the server was friendly, and service was quick.
