Asked for a stampede brisket sub didn’t have any brisket, got a steak and bacon instead and they are extremely cheap on how much steak they add. They won’t even fill the scoop up. Asked for shredded cheese and they didn’t double the cheese like they are supposed to. This subway is extremely cheap and try to nickle and dime where ever they can!

Went there yesterday and I had ordered online they didn’t make them both meals when I had selected 2 drinks and chips and cookies2 Italian bmts were ordered.They also forgot the bacon so I called and the manager said she would give me a free sub.Went back today and the guy on shift was rude and didn’t seem like he enjoyed his job very much he was slamming his knife down and sighing and being disgruntled like I was an inconvenience.I almost forgot the bacon and had asked to add bacon and he was trying to toast my whole sandwich after the bacon and I told him I didn’t want it toasted but I don’t want my bacon cold. He seemed upset that I said I would be getting the sandwich free.I went back today because in situations like this they usually don’t “note” it so the team knows. I was right because when I got there he had said there’s no note and had to call her which also seemed like an inconvenience to him. The store was empty and not busy whatsoever.Jahule not sure if I spelt it right was his name. He made my whole visit worse than it should have been.Two days in a row of very bad service.My sandwich was soggy and overdone with sauces.Also little to no meat on the replacement sub.Jahoule doesn’t seem like a happy worker.

Hard to understand him. Half hour before closing no soup or cookies, this I can understand a bit. But mostly my complaint is on a foot long subway melt he only put 5 pieces of each meat. Unless it changed lately. Every other place puts 6.

Focus on the customer in front of you instead of interrupting them to ask a coworkers something or looking at customers still in line that haven’t even ordered yet. Girl was so distracted she had to ask me three times to repeat myself. Literally the basics of customer service and they’re failing at it.06/26/23 edited to add my coworker had just gone through the whole process and was at the till ready to pay when they pulled the cashier who was halfway through ringing him up and sent him to work drive through. Left coworker standing there 5 full minutes (he timed it) before he gave up and walked out without his food. What are you guys doing over there.

Had take out dinner tonight, and Connor helped us. He was quiet, polite, and a great maker of sandwiches. He’s been the most pleasant subway employee I’ve ever come across in grande prairie/peace region. He needs a raise, and one week paid vacation stat. He was apologizing way to much over super small miscommunications, that shouldn’t happen. I’ve managed retail for over 10 years, he needs a raise if he’s gunna be treated so badly by customers or others. He felt the need to apologize over nothing while serving us. Workers like him need to be appreciated and followed through by an action of gratitude. Keep up the good work Connor! Thanks for the delicious sub!Ps.The price of subs is ridiculous now. So I’m sure you can afford to give that kid a raise.

Food tasted good however the service was not. Rahul served me and didn't follow the instructions and after being corrected he gave me attitude and threw the meat back into the container.
