I had my truck in the shop so I rode my bicycle down to show my patronage of Tim Hortons. I got told off when I took it through the drive-through, although other Tim Hortons allow it. They said to come in leave your bike outside! If you know this area, that’s not a smart idea! So I brought it in the vestibule area and made my order inside and I got yelled at for having my bike halfway inside where it wouldn’t get stolen! Straight discrimination and bad vibes, not impressed!!

I go here for a chocolate donut and coffee at least 15/30 of the mornings a month. My coffee is as expected, is good. It's a coffee place so yeh. Pretty difficult to mess a chocolate dip donut up so it's okay but they usually forget to put a napkin over my donut so it is not sticking, whatever.GOOD GAWD THESE GUYS ARE LAZY!!!!This is the 3rd morning in the past 7 visits where I go to grab my order, which is ordered 5 minutes ahead and something is missing, this last time it was my coffee. Yeh my 10 second order is not been made. These people are either over staffed and standing around like lost little puppies or under staffed and moving slow as retail workers. It's a coffee place, have a coffee or tea and move it, hundreds of guys order in the early mornings and these workers move like we have an hour or wait for them. We don't.Last week, I kid you not I counded 8 workers and a whole group of 6 of them stood around and chatted, it took me a whole 80 seconds to get someone to get me my order which had not been made. They were too busy chatting :)

During my recent visit to the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Grand Prairie, I encountered several disappointing issues that significantly impacted my experience. As someone who has visited many Tim Hortons locations across Canada, I found this particular location to be notably subpar. The most glaring problem was the food and beverage quality. The food I received was lukewarm, lacking the warmth and freshness I've come to expect from Tim Hortons. This was particularly disappointing as one of the joys of grabbing a quick bite is enjoying it hot and fresh. Equally disheartening was the coffee, which was served cold. Given that Tim Hortons is renowned for its coffee, this was a surprising letdown.Another major concern was the service at the drive-thru. The staff seemed to be in a rush, handling the transaction with such speed that it felt like the food and drinks were almost thrown at me. This lack of care and attentiveness is not what I've experienced at other Tim Hortons locations and certainly detracted from the overall service quality. In conclusion, my experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Grand Prairie was far from the standard I've experienced elsewhere. The combination of lukewarm food, cold coffee, and hurried service left a negative impression. Based on this experience, I have decided not to revisit this particular location. It's unfortunate, as I've always regarded Tim Hortons highly, but this experience was a letdown. Will not be Back again maybe a different owned one that cares

I don't know why I try to give this tim hortons a chance every few months or so.The sandwich I just bought had sat for so long the sauce was clear. And the meat and cheese was basically mended together in a mush that cannot be considered edible. 15$ for a sandwich and a coffee is nuts.15$ for a coffee that poorly resembles coffee and a sandwich that a homeless man would be offended to be offered for free. Top notch guys

I ordered the pastry through the app at night time and they sold out it. It was okay if there’s no more but nobody let me know that. They kept me waiting and even when I came to the counter to asked for it the staff tried to ignore me. Worst experience ever

They send you to park and wait for your food even though there is no line up, then they bring it out less than a minute later.

TL;DR After hours drive through attendant refuses service to people walking through. No coffee or donuts received.—Since my boyfriend and I got a gift card for timmies over Christmas, we decided to walk to this location last night. After double checking the front doors (they still had the lights on in their dining room when we got there) we walked around to their drive through.Since there was a car pulling in, we waited and allowed them to get their order in first and drive ahead before we waited at the microphone ourselves. Since we did not get a response through the microphone, we walked up to the window once they were done serving the car.The attendant (Younger male, black hair, tall and kinda skinny, description since he refused to tell us his name or show us his name tag) told us that he was not serving anyone. When we pointed out he’d just served the person in front of us, he switched that to he would not serve us, and that they only served vehicles.Except for the one car we waited for, there was no other drivers waiting. We live close enough to feel that driving our car there is wasteful when the weather is as mild as this winter has been. After we finish spending our gift card we will be going elsewhere for coffee and donuts.
