who ever thought it was smart to park the drive thru is not very bright. i was better off just leaving and wasting money on the food i did not recieve because there was no parking.

I noticed all the praise to the great reviews by Tim Hortons but really no customer complaints are being met here on the reviews...I was at this location a few days.. waiting 10 mins for my order because of a previous order being filled...then when I did get my order it was wrong...waited another 5 mins...all for 2 sandwiches...staff didn't apologize or anything...they just talked amongst themselves in a different language...laughing and going on..like I wasn't even there...?

The manager of the location Reena is an absolute gem. I called in a complaint and very quick she called me back and resolved the issue. Manager of the year trust me. Professional and very nice and humble while dealing with a upset customer. Give the women a raise or promotion seriously
