I bought a Tim Horton's gift card at this location. A couple of months ago and they gladly took my money, no problem. A gift card was for a $100. I don't come to Tim Horton's much anymore. Because the service has gone way downhill and because of a certain.Person who used to be in office who likes to take vacations in Hawaii owns a bunch of locations which really turned me off. Well, I still had the $100 gift card and it is one of my kids birthdays so I thought I would get some drinks and then maybe a $50 gift card for his birthday as I did not want to give him a used gift card or 1 that has been in my wallet forever and not the Best of shape. Well, apparently their policy is You cannot buy a gift card for another gift card. They would not even let me switch it out for two 50$ cards. They told me my gift card was NOT the same as cash. They did tell me it is not their fault. It is head office policy which that is fine. I still figured they could have at least gave me two $50 cards. I tried transferring the card onto my app multiple times and it says i'm able to transfer at this time for some reason. He told me. I could go park and come into the store but I wasn't wasting my time. First time I've been to that location in probably 2 or 3 months. And definitely the last time I will ever go into that location. Tim Hortons has gone way downhill over the last 10 years. And doesn't look like they wis get better anytime soon. Too many options to choose from going to look for a nice local coffee shop that I can support.

No sausage on breakfast sandwiches / one was to be a biscuit & one English muffin and both were English muffins. The French vanilla cap machine was down. The Boston cream donuts had no filling . We were on the road and didn’t find out until we had left (except for the French vanilla)Not a good experience today

Only concerned about drive thru times, they ask you to wait for your drink at the menu or go around so they can run it outside.I got a Carmel latte, with only one car behind me, this has now happened twice now.Additionally every time I have gotten the grilled cheese melt, the cheese inside is never melted. At other stores the cheese is melted all the way through the sandwich.

They are too focused on drive thru times and up selling.I give my order finish by saying that's everything then they ask, "Do you want a donut or muffin?" No thank you. That's everything. "How about a flavor shot and whipped topping?" No that's everything.When you get to the window they're shoving your order and the debit machine at you then act annoyed when you ask for a napkin to wipe the dripping cup they are handing you.Also I am pretty sure there are actual ratios involved for ice caps but 9/10 they make it so it looks like chocolate milk and tastes terrible. 1/10 times it's basically a milk slush. Your better off driving downtown
