Drove through around 1 PM, they’re in a lunch rush per usual.Person taking my order was clear and quick! Once I got to the window I handed my cash to a worker, but before I could even get my change I get the bag of food shoved in front of me and my drink in their other hand by a somewhat tall male worker before I could even react. After I got everything, my change was given and I immediately left.I’ve worked in fast-food before, I get that there’s a timely manner you have to get it done in. It’s just really startling and rude that there’s a need for someone else to step in and shove the order into my car window. Felt like they just wanted to get rid of me, and the cash was an inconvenience to them.I go to this Wendy’s every so often, and I’ve noticed that the newer faces in their crew lacked proper care for customer satisfaction, while the older ones make that their priority.

Peeves-1 - Keep the garbage cardboard straws to yourselves, plastic ones not banned in AB anymore.2 - Drive thru staff kindly ask customer if they would like any condiments, not one Wendy’s staff has ever asked me this at any Wendy’s.3 - I find drive thru staff arrogant and not driven to be nice to customers. It’s like here’s your food, next.This is most Wendy’s across this province that are like this.

I thought open until 11 pm. nope Dr closed at 10 pm. I walked there since not too far. so I'm hungry and I'm pointed twd drive thru window, realizing I can order but make the walk of same so many normally do. I get there make my order and within a minute I got my food, already paid in that minute, and as a car came around the corner, I was set to go n just bolted around the corner and got home very happy. so thank you to this Wendy's that served and gained a loyal customer in which A&W would not serve me at all, judged, looked down on and dismissed.I salute you Wendy's, thank you very much!!! so very appreciated!
My favourite memory of this place is when I pulled up to the drive thru, they were closed, google maps said it closed at 2 or something, and the girl cleaning up at the drive thru said they were closed. I said google said still open. She pointed to the sticker on the window that said open till 1 which was also wrong.Anyways, not a big deal, it was just funny.
