They do not support rewards from the app. And kept pushing to pay the full price, and had a debate with the manager of this location to accept a reward for a $1 drink or iced coffee and the manager kept on saying that the system doesn't show. ( then fix the damn system) or enter the proper code. ?For heaven's sake, stop ripping people off for small stuff.

Worst McDonald’s in Canada no doubt I’ve lived in high river for 10 years and can’t stand this McDonald’s every single time I’ve ever ordered from here they get the order wrong charge extra etc. They always take forever one time I stood waiting for my food for 1 hour I don’t like to complain I went up it was sitting there in the back for so long. Staff is so unkind and always rude don’t come in to ask for a cup of water bc they will say no! Aka the boy manager. If you want McDonald’s please save your money and go to the one in okotoks can’t stand this McDonald’s. Oh and did I forget to mention the one girl that usually at drive threw she wont stop talking and talking and taking one time she told me her mom beat her when she was a kid and proceeded to laugh such weird staff save your money!!

The worst McDonald's in Canada!! Rude employees, terrible service, got my order wrong. Dirty tables and flys everywhere. Should be shut down.
This location is right off the 2 highway and seems to generally be quite busy. The staff seem to do a good job trying to keep up. You may still wait a bit longer than other locations depending when you stop in, but they'll get your McDonald's fix to you as expected. Nice staff, on par McDonald's quality food and beverages.

Okay, so it's McDonald's..However, given that it is.. Why are the buns always burnt at this location? Mcchicken, filet o fish, or any other burger I've ordered in the last three attempts..To add insult to injury... the last time I went, (dual take out lanes), they didn't have enough staff on to cover when two cars pull up close to each other.. I happened to be first... no answer on the intercom... then when the guy who got there after me had finished ordering.. still no answer.. and they answered the person behind them!I pulled ahead to the window and asked if their second lane was out of order and was told.. "Oh,you were first? I'm so sorry. I'm the only one taking orders right now because we don't have that many people on." (She honestly looked embarrassed, to be fair.)I ordered my food at the window and, sadly, as above, the damn bun was burned... again.So, the golden arches are off the menu for me in town from now on.
