I am so disgusted with A&W. I ordered this burger and bit into it. Cold burger ....disappointed but was hungry so had 1 more bite. That's when I found this....whatever it is. GROSS!

Love a double teen burger combo to be sure.. the food is just like you remember.. but sadly as for the drive in dinning option and cozy fireplace of yester year... they are long gone and just a memory for those of us old enough to remember... and replaced with a drive through instead.. but friendly faces and quick service are always welcome ..

Don’t have a sign saying your drive thru is open when there’s no one there doing their jobs. Waited for 5 minutes to be helped at 10:45 at night, lights all on so it wasn’t closed yet and wasted my time waiting when I could have went to McDonald’s and made it home in the time I waited for someone to come to the window and never got helped. One way to lose sales and customers.

Today, we tried the special, Momma Burger. As usual, the burger was very tasty with zesty dill pickles - not too spicy with just the right amount of kick.One star off due to the length of time it took to get our meal and that all the tables had crumbs on them. We had to ask a server to clean ours and she sort-of did, not quite cleaning the entire table but the crumbs were brushed off.
