“I am writing to express my disappointment with the atmosphere at your establishment. While I have enjoyed visiting your shop in the past, I was disturbed by the plain white wall that is displayed in the main seating area.The plain white colour of the wall is jarring to me, and it makes me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I understand that some people may not be bothered by this, but for me, the plain white wall is too sterile and does not fit with the overall atmosphere of a coffee shop.I hope that you will consider adding some color or decorations to the wall, or relocating it to a different area of the shop. “Best doughnuts ever! I had the snakebite wrap and the garlic & rosemary fries. Both items were very tasty and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to eat at Tollers. Even though the fries were exceptionally good, they are over-priced. The food arrived hot and that is a huge plus!The service was excellent. The reason it did not get 5 starts from me was because I was there during lunch hour and it took a little bit too long to get my order, which in turn caused me to have to rush after I had eaten. I ordered a Danish and a London Fog to go on my way out. Overall, I had an excellent meal and good experience here. Keep up the good work!“
