Parking available on the street. Inside is very fancy and classy. Staff are very professional and menu is very pretty. Place was 80% full when I got there and most people even just got thier food + drinks to go. Lovely place to kill some time or for a coffee date. Loved the assortment of unique goods at the back. Cashew cream cheese, chocolate milk, crackers, broth, candy, etc. What a wide range! But all very unique and would make such a great gift for food-lovers. I tried the sausage roll $7.50: 9/10: very greasy. They do warm it up for you. Sausage was a good texture and taste. Pasty was nice too but sausage falls right out of pastry when eating. I also tried the beet root latte. SOOO pretty! So beautifully pink. BUT tastes like warm milk with no other flavor. I would have liked a stronger beet taste. So if you want something for show and not taste this one is 10/10.

I popped in for a Macciatto to get out of the cold & was served by a lovely friendly gal named Marlena. We had a great chat as there were few customers there at that time. She will be the reason I return there again! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past in alot of businesses but she had that in spades! We love coming here for soup and a sandwich at lunch . It is busy but there is a reason suggest coming around 11 if you are a senior like I am. Service is top notch and the food keeps us coming back. Make sure to pick up a pastry to take home to snack on later.
This is the best little spot around. I could eat here all the time. The sandwiches and baked good are so delicious.

I love ONA Cafe so much! We make a point to swing by every time we drive back from Calgary to Edmonton, which is often. Aesthetically this cafe is absolutely gorgeous. So classy and elegant, airy and bright but also relaxed.The food and drinks are delightful and so delicious. I’ve tried most things on their staple menu and their daily specials are always so tempting. I love their soup of the day, always satisfying. And honestly, everything we’ve tried has been amazing.Service is always very friendly and prompt. The owners are so lovely and sincere. Such a win for the Lacombe community, I’m jealous and wish they had a location closer to home.

Stopped in at 3:30 today for cappuccino and goodie. Young girl brings our cappuccino to us at 20 to 4 in paper cups full well seeing us at table waiting for the coffees .We ask why paper cup she says we are closing at 4 pm that’s why.Really? The other 7 people there have China cups.That is why we don’t go to Starbucks for Cappuccino in paper cup is served there.That’s why we pay a premium at your coffee shop and travel from Red Deer to enjoy in China Mug.Perhaps management needs to know this in order to fix it!!!Thanks for your reply for sure we will specify next visit!!! ……Jim
