The service was very very poor.. A server lady was so rude and grumpy. We ask her to give us water while checking menu. And directly she said "sorry we cannot give u wings if u don't order any drinks",, we didn't even touch or hold yet the menu, to read what are the food available. We feel insulted the way she treat us. That lady have tattoos, wearing eye glass, fat, have some belly too.

Maybe she didn't go for a proper training especially in treating a customer. It was a really really bad experience. I hope it will reach this to her manager.

Food is good. However I wouldn't recommend the gluten-free bun, better off getting your burger lettuce wrapped probably. Their wings are super good!!Dietary restrictions: Not alot of gluten free options, but still some. Wings are a good pick.

The lady who wasn’t serving named Rebecca, heped me completely, helped after how I was treated , so grateful for her.
A friend of mine had been telling about this place for a couple of months and how great their food is. We finally went there a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing experience. The wings were incredible. They were definitely fresh and never frozen which is hard to find. Great value for your money on their Thursday night wings promotion. Not only was the food excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from our server, Samantha. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made for a great evening out. Rarely do I go out anymore and have great food AND great service. It's usually one or the other - not both. If I was to offer one piece of advice to management it would be that it was just a bit cold when we were there. This was during a recent cold snap and I realize that sometimes HVAC systems take a day or two to regulate themselves to such extreme temperature changes. I highly recommend requesting to be seated in Samantha's section for exceptional service. If nothing else the warmth of her personality will make up for any temperature deficiencies in the building. I'll definitely be back!
