Today I got veggie burger meal with poutine. It was delicious and totally fresh. Customer service was great there. Will visit this place again.

Well, after getting into a yelling match in the drive-through with the manager, I will never be going back to this location…..After I ordered I was asked to wait in the waiting stall for the food to finish. When they came to give me my food I was informed my payment didn’t go through. This was very odd, so on the way back through I checked my online banking. Sure enough the payment went through no problem. The manger said she had not got the receipt on her end I said OK well my banking is telling me that it did go through. She refused to give me my food and started yelling at me then when I said “you know what screw it just give me my money back I’ll go somewhere else”. She refused to give me my money back, so I pulled up my online banking app and showed her the transaction to prove that the money had yes, indeed been paid at which point she gave me a now cold bag of food, and slammed the window in my face.Quite the experience today with Harvey’s.
