Picked up thin crust veggie pizza today and the bread sticks.. bread sticks were almost uncooked tasted awful and veg pizza had probhalf and onion prob if lucky 1 tablespoon of mushrooms on it and maybe 2 tablespoons tomato on it definitely doesnt look like any cheese on it so with the OJ and the $1 tip for the young cashier was a total waste of my money. Hey u want ur pizza and bread sticks back cuz i dont want it. And to think i sat in my car for 10 min for it in -35 weather. Totally disappointed. Definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION IN LEDUC. Wasted my gas and money. Would have given zero stars if i could. No name frozen pizza would have been better. Please offer me a refund. Ill waste the gas money to come get it and watch u eat this god awful pizza. Wish i could post pictures

Placed an order for Nov 11 on Nov 9th amd paid for it on advance. Day of order about 10 mons before it was to arrive got notification it had been cancelled. When I called the delivery service, they said it was noted the restaurant did not receive the order. I had this pre-ordered in order to feed my son and his friends for his bday party so, it was a lot of fun finding another place last minute to feed them. This for sure cost Little Caesars a customer indefinitely. Very unimpressed.

Why have the option directly on your site for delivery and not have delivery from your store???Your staff know nothing, they don't even know that your website actually offers delivery. The customer service doesn't existStaff are argumentative and refuse to even listen to you! especially Beaumont staff, was for some odd reason transfered to Beaumont location because Leduc location isn't taking calls???Only way to get delivery is to go to either skip the dishes or door dash......which each item is anywhere from 3 to 5 dollars more than the little ceaser's site....which is disgusting in general!!!! Then you have automatic service fees and then taxed on those service fees and it automatically picks a driver's tip of $5.00.Why have a website that offers delivery but not actually deliver??I don't want to support skip or dash, I want to support the company itself......but if you guys don't want the support then we don't need to!!!

We’re a huge fan of the deep dish pizza but the last 3 or so times I’ve ordered it, it’s crispy on the outside but mostly raw in the middle. Was hoping it was just a fluke but it seems to be consistent even I ask for it to be well done.

Everything was fine. It's cheap pizza and it's usually good but the pizza I got was cooked on the outside edge and was basically raw dough on one half of the pizza. So the edges are like crispy almost burnt and raw pizza dough under the cheese.
Italian cheese bread is always great but the wings... they are very jiggly, and I mean, covered in layer almost 1 cm thick of jelly fat. It's all very gelatinous.

Service, slower than normal, not to impressed with worker, wiping her face with sleeve, then cutting my pizza, plus pizza saucees almost non existent on pizza, not as good liked it used to be, people notice when it tastes not the same,if today's pizza is an example, of what to expect, we won, t be going there no more, plus there was a hair on one of the pieces, and it was not mine, wrong color.
