Oodle noodle? More like Brutal Noodle. Every single thing we ordered was sent wrong besides the protein in one of the orders.Ordered Mongolian beef stir fry with thin noodles and extra broccoli- received thick noodles and 2 pieces of broccoli.Ordered the Spicy Thai box with shrimp and chicken- only received chicken.Ordered Shrimp Salad rolls- received lettuce and carrot salad rolls with no peanut sauce LOL!!!Soooo bad it’s actually funny. The spicy Thai noodles have good flavor though.Vegetarian options: They forget to add the protein so vegetarians can safely eat here.

went to pick up food (for a skip customer) asked if I could use the washroom. They refused to let me use the washroom. even after i told him i had medical issue. they lectured me how they dont make money off of skip(which cant be true or they wouldnt be taking skip orders). and weather your picking up for a customer or yourself that shouldnt matter

They even don’t deserve one star as I went there to pick up order as they were taking too long to make so i asked to use the washroom,the person who was working there told me washroom is only for customers.We are also delivering for their customers.If we are not out here who will serve their customers. This is behaviour they are doing with drivers and also showing attitude which is not good.Very rude behaviour and 0 customer service.

I love it has to be the best oodle noodle I have ever been to the guy that works here is the kindest guy ever he knows how to make your food good and give you bigger portions then what the box can fit I will always come back thankyou for the delicious

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the Butter Chicken....very little chicken in the dish, rice was crunchy and there was very little taste in this dish. Way over priced. Only good thing about this order was that it was hot.

Dropped by for lunch with my BFF. What happened to this place??? I ordered the bun cha gio with beef, it came pretty quick, we were the only people in the place. Mine came with 5 pieces of meat swimming in sauce, the lettuce was soggy there was loads of rice vermicelli. It was tasteless and underwhelming.My BFF ordered the hot noodle box with chicken. Again, very skimpy on the meat and veg.The server was very lugubrious, I felt like apologizing for ordering food.The music was so loud we had to shout to order and forget about having a conversation.We used to love this place. I doubt we will return. We paid 37.00 for 2 meals and no drinks. It was not worth it at all; save your money and go somewhere else.
A bit overpriced and they never have fountain drinks. The fountain drink machine has been closed for ages. I don’t think they plan to fix it because they probably make more of bottled pop. I prefer wok box to this.

Disgusting! Watched the girl handle my paymentand then grab my food and throw it in the fryer with her bare hands. No gloves no nothing. Told her how unsanitary that is and I’m disgusted. Will never be back to this location. Do better!! Especially when we are watching ?

Friend got food poisoning from gluten free option. Incredibly dissatisfied and disgusted. Everything tasted old and flavorless. Wonton soup had 2 wontons.Spring rolls were decent though.

Probably the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had. No flavour- basically steamed veggies and bland noodles. No peanut topping.Website is out of date for hours (says store is closed, but it is open.Asked for fresh salad rolls and they are out (not as big of a deal.)
