I have been here many times in the past. I was there today to order take out. The main man who deals with customers was too busy playing on his phone to provide good service. I had to get his attention so he would take my order. There were no customers in the restaurant. When I placed the order and then paid for it, I provided a thermal bag to place the food in. I asked him to place the food in the bag. I asked how long until the order would be ready. He said 15 mins. I came back in to pick up the food and it was just sitting on the counter rather than in the bag I had provided to stay warm. There was no other customers in the restaurant. It was dead quiet. But he was just sitting there on his phone. He couldn’t bother to place the food in the bag I provided or even to acknowledge me. Quite rude. When I got the food home, I noticed that the portion sizes have gotten smaller as well. Less value.I won’t be going back there again.

I was served a dipping sauce for green onion cakes that had clearly already been dipped into by who knows how many people. It was the grossest thing ever I'm truly apauled. I don't want someone else's double dipped crumby sauce. Absolutely nasty. And while I'm here the rice noodles were also hard and clearly days old. Probably also leftovers from someone else's plate. Zero stars for being straight up nasty af

After all the amazing reviews, I decided to check this place out. First time we ordered 4 bowls of pho, and no one are more than a few bites. The broth was OK but the meat was sooooo dry and overcooked. The salad rolls were FANTASTIC though.I thought maybe they had an off night and gave them another try with pho. Again, it was so bland and the meat was SO DRY and overdone. I will never recommend them for the pho, but Def try their salad rolls!

Decided to try based on other reviews. Pho was good, but restaurant could really use some attention to cleanliness and service.
