Went in at 4:45 on a Wednesday night in winter. Only a couple cars in the drive through, no line inside the store. I went inside and there was no one on till. 2 separate employees said they would be right with me. It took over 5 minutes before they took my order and another 10 to actually get the food after. They served several drive through orders before even talking to me. The restaurant was not busy. Despite all the trouble, they forgot to give me both dipping sauces and napkins.They are clearly understaffed and undertrained. I would recommend the drive through if you don't want to go to a different store, but you're probably best just going to the one on scenic drive instead.

Gross, slow, painfully lacking, burger must've been sitting under the heat lamp for the last hour. Veggie burger wad undercooked moosh, poutine was terrible , grandpa burger was bad, teen was bad. Just all around gross, please clean the kitchen more often, I can taste the unchanged oil, old burger, and dryed out ultra salty fry you know like the worst fast food joint in lethbridge.
The chocolate milkshake wasn't chocolate flavoured or creamy (ice chunks), so our kids wouldn't drink them. They also didn't serve the gravy dip until 5 minutes after they'd served our chicken strips and fries, so the food was cold.

No frosted mugs after lunch rush continues after 18 yrs of eating here. Dining in you'll be forced to use a paper cup until about 3/4pm. You'd think management would figure this problem out after almost 2 decades. Paper cups and A&W rootbeer don't mix for an enjoyable eating experience. There should be a 50% drop in price for having no frosted mugs ready at anytime of hours of operation.
