This place is usually great, however the service was definitely lacking today. We ordered take out, our cashier even asked us and we confirmed. Both meals came out on trays, which is fine. We simply asked for it to be packed for take out. What wasn't fine was when the employee mentioned we should tell them beforehand that we want it to go. Before the transaction even began, we had said "to go."It just felt rude and uncalled for when the mistake was not on our end.

Ordered 3 double mozza burgers was given singles for all 3 and charged for the doubles. I also specified not to put mozza sauce as I am on keto only to find that it's covered in it. Can't eat any of the food that i ordered.Ridiculous. Spent 75 dollars here. Will be taking buisness elsewhere from now on. Watch your orders! Especially if you have allergies, autoimmune disorders that are triggered by certain foods or diet restrictions-know that you're not safe to order from this establishment. Will add pictures for reference.As for the non keto items. That is what my bf ordered.
