A long time regular less and less so for the past year. But was here 3-5 times a week before it started going downhill.Place has consistently become more and more disappointing. Had to ask for the music turned up about 15 times. Asked every server on. Not for anything party or crazy. Just enough so we don’t have to hear everyone’s conversation. Got told they couldn’t because some of the elderly regulars hate music and complained and mangement won’t let them. So if management only listens to reviews I guess I’ll finally give you one.

Went here on Valentines day with the boyfriend. Was surprised how quiet it was. Had Backstreet Club Pizza and the Nachos and quite enjoyed them both. Drinks were a reasonable price and the service was some of the best I have experienced in Lethbridge. Was quite surprised at how quiet it was. We went here because the pub around the corner was packed and didnt regret it at all. Would definitely go again.

Backstreet has been my go-to neighbourhood pub for years, but after multiple nights of terrible service, I was beginning to feel like I needed a new spot. My wife and I were looking to catch the Packers game and decided to give it one last chance and all I can say is WOW!!!! Our experience was the complete opposite of what it had been the past few months. Our server Rachel was so sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Even after the place filled up with thirsty football fans, she was on top of things and made sure we had full drinks and our meals were to our liking. Thank you for restoring our faith in the bar, we will be back!

Excellent food, great service. It's my group's version of "Cheers"
Came in for a drink last night and was served by very courteous and professional server Rachel, she was very attentive, extremely polite and thoughtful. An altercation arose at the pool table and she handled it in a very professional and responsible manner, and I was very impressed for her control of the situation, deescalating both parties in a professional and responsible way. Even though she was working alone she had every aspect of the business handled.

Women beware! We went out with friends and family, and had the females in our group get sexually harassed by a group of ~10 old men who appeared to be regulars. They were absolutely disgusting pigs. Yelp won't let me quote what they were saying, but it was vulgar. Awful atmosphere. I feel so bad for the waitresses.

I have been to backstreet on multiple occasions and always had a good time. However, during my most recent visit, I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant or bar. Our server, Amy, was disrespectful, dismissive, rude and inattentive. Not only were our drinks left empty and we waited for our bill for over 10 minutes, when our nachos came out cold and we requested they be remade, she rolled her eyes and tried to argue with us about them “not being that bad.” After some back and forth, she finally agreed to have them remade, only to bring them back into the kitchen and return a few minutes later with what was clearly the same plate of nachos, now burnt to a crisp. When we asked to speak to a manager, she informed us she was the new nighttime manager, there was nothing wrong with the nachos, and if we didn’t like them we should go elsewhere. If this is the kind of customer service provided by management I most definitely will be taking my business elsewhere

We used to bring all of our friends here for the famous Jamie sandwich. Last time we ordered we were downright embarrassed. Two pieces of pineapple on the entire sandwich that was so tough you could barely chew it. Very disappointing.
