We had Leslie as our waitress. She was friendly, generous, kind, timely. She checked in often on our table. Food - we ordered wings and they were served quickly and were saucy. Onion rings were crispy and hot. Kids food was out quickly. Seating in the restaurant is spacious and arrangement is great. Washrooms could be bigger. Stalls are tight. Overall best Boston Pizza Experience in my life.

Waited at the front desk for a minute before anyone acknowledged our arrival and that was because i walked closer to the kitchen to be seen better. Probably would have been longer if i hadn't done that. The restaurant was empty other than 3 tables being served.The waitress was friendly and the food came quickly after we decided what to eat, however there was a flickering ceiling light above us that was very distracting.We had the parmesan chicken and big burger. The chicken was flavourful and very good. Burger was lacking flavour so i drowned it in ketchup. Very filling though. Fries are always good and the gravy is very good. A little watery but just thick enough to hold onto the fries when dipped. Just salty enough and some good flavor.It was a decent visit and not too loud like some other restaurants around here. Have been many times and will return again.

Sure ID was expired, but I didn’t realize that my photo and my birthdate was invalid then. Was renewed with the paper they give you, just didn’t have the new card yet. Also, class 1 drivers are ALL over 18, common knowledge you’d think. You watched a decent tip walk out the door as you stared at me.
Was so nice to have great service, have not seen or had that since Covid , server I can’t remember her name very

The food was good. The service was a little slow, but they were packed. I am going to guess that a children's sports team was there. Not only 1 team but the whole league. The noise level was very loud. My wife and I are retired and not used to having loud children making noise during dinner. Maybe I am a grumpy old man, but next time, it will be take out.Parking: Big lol at a mall, lots of parking..Kid-friendliness: There were over 100 kids there, I reckon.

You need better containers for the au jus and gravy for deliveries. It melts the lids and then leaks all over the place. Completely ruins the meal
