It was my wife and i’s first time ever in cobs we had an amazing experience with the wonderful staff. we got 2 danishs the employee already had what we wanted in the system when we went to pay just by hearing us decide what we wanted she also threw in a third one for free because we couldn’t decide on the 2 we wanted we will definitely be back for more delicious treats 10/10 all around

What a great experience!! They gave me free Cinnamon bun on my bday!! I like the location because it’s very convenient and lots of parking spots available. I like the fresh bread and other bakery items at this location. Workers are very polite and helpful. Very clean.Will definitely visit again!!

Best bread in Lethbridge.Update Sept. 2020: I still stand by that review. However, as of yesterday, I will not be back.Here's why:A couple of years ago, I used to stop in for a jalapeno "something". Depending upon the day/week, different jalapeno products were available. Many times the jalapeno products were sold out. Every time this occurred, I made a mental note that the "herb & feta" product shelf was almost full. When that happened, I suggested they make less feta and more jalapeno. One day they just discontinued jalapeno products alltogether. They still don't make jalapeno products.Now, yesterday, I went in for a "ham & cheese pull-apart". This is another product that is hit & miss due to sell-outs. Well, no more "ham & cheese". Apparently, according to the employee, it is so difficult to produce this product that it was impacting their ability to produce regular bread and buns. And, "supply & demand, you know", was the final comment from the employee.That makes no sense whatsoever. If you have a premium product that consistently sells out, MAKE MORE. It's a premium product, you make a much higher percentage of profit on a premium product!If you need more staff, then, hire more help so you can make and sell more items, thus making more profit!Finally, I know that you claim to take orders for discontinued products, but making items to order is not an option for out-of-towners that often visit Lethbridge spontaneously.So, in retail, I vote with my feet ($$), and my feet won't be visiting your store for quite some time. Maybe when I return you will have come to your senses and implemented some basic retail marketing concepts (and some jalapeno products).Update Sept. 24, 2023:Well, bacl up to 4 stars. I visited today and was able to purchase jalapeno twist bread. Hooray, and thanks for listening.

Great spot, fantastic staff and eats. They have more than bread don't forget!! My favorite is the blue berry teatime and the cinnamon scones! The cinnamon bread and cheese pull apart bread are also fantastic. Keep up the great work team!

Came across this bakery when shopping somewhere else and decided to check it out. Very pricey baked goods but thought I’d give it a chance and bought two VERY DISAPPOINTING cinnamon buns at $3.75 each. Dough was tough and chewy. Icing was gritty sweet sugary. Not much cinnamon flavour at all. No raisins or nuts. Staff pleasant. Will not return to pay that kind of money on something so bad.
