“i asked for service coz i was waiting 10 min , manager/ shift supervisor came and start batching at me saying you need to wait, I told him I'm only costumer inside you need to serv inside too equally nothing is busy except drive through you guys need to serv equally to drive through as well as inside ,I ask can I have ur name,he said we make our rules i don't have to do what customer ask , I can't give me ur name , Just for the knowledge few staff don't have Mask including manager who was talking with me. I try to communicate with other staff to ask his name he yell at me so I left I even call him after 10 min and try to ask him name , but he was more rude and hang up the phone ?“
