Found this restaurant and couldn't be happier – the food is seriously delicious, and the atmosphere is spot on for a cozy dinner. And don't even get me started on their menu – it's like a culinary adventure waiting to happen!

To say the least, I'm a little disappointed I booked a reservation and put under special occasion that it was my birthday. The server did not acknowledge my birthday whatsoever and to watch another table in the lounge area have their birthday acknowledged and celebrated by staff and to have mine, not acknowledged sucked. On top of that of course since they did not acknowledge my birthday, I also had to pay fully for my dessert..... I thought the whole point of making a reservation and marking the special occasion as a birthday would make the point clear but I guess not... if a customer makes a reservation and marks the special occasion option. It shouldn't be up to the customer to have to remind staff when it's there in the reservation. Given the poor service, I much rather order takeout, then come in person and eat there.

First time dining at Firestone and just loved it!. It was busy but we didn't have to wait long fior service. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious . Staff were very friendly and the place itself is warm and comfortable. We will be back, soon!

Even though we only dropped by for dessert, we had an amazing experience. I couldn't resist trying the lemon and raspberry cheesecake, and boy, was it a treat! The portion was huge—definitely big enough for two. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was top-notch. Can't wait to visit again!

Apparently if you ask a worker for salt they give you attitude and tell you to “chill out” and sit down?? Sorry someone asked you to do your job? Really upsetting. When you’re a paying customer you treat them with respect regardless of what mood you’re in, I’ve worked customer service for a long time and it’s not acceptable to act like this ?

For all four members of our party, the menu choices were good and for each of us the food was excellent. The wait staff was attentive, and overall we were very happy with our meal and total experience.

Dinning was good. Had gift cards and would not honor them. They were only 1 day past expiry. Tried to book on last day of expiry but would not take our reservation, as they were booked solid. A little leeway would have been nice. Not happy to loose $30. We have to think twice about getting gift cards again from Firestone.
The Firestone is always a good place to eat, breakfast lunch or dinner. You can spend a little or a lot and it's always tasty, well cooked and well presented. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. It must be a good place to work because the kitchen and waitstaff really seem to care about their work. Well done.
Awsome food, table of 5 for my brides birthday, server was very engaging and attentive. The restaraunt is noisy but that seems to be the theme these days but overall a very enjoyable evening!

Our server, Lea, was attentive and helpful. We had the Yorkshire pudding and crispy cod which were delicious, piping hot, and freshly prepared. The gravy was outstanding! The double pepperoni pizza (for the kids) was ordinary. Our booth, which I think, was near the barista's station or kitchen, was bit loud - could hear the sounds of dishes being washed, etc. Overall, it was a lovely experience - we will be back! Glad we had booked reservations as Saturday night is extremely busy.
