Tasty food! Great prices! Friendly staff! Ordered a bunch of stuff for $50. Ginger beef was a bit over cooked but still tasted good.

This place is disgusting! I hope Alberta health/food inspectors starts showing up. Filthy bathrooms and my son was sick for 9 days with Salmonella. He lost 14lbs. Seniors and young children could become seriously ill .The lack of concern from this restaurant is just wrong.

Ruined Mother’s Day supper by horrible service and undercooked chicken. The lack of customer service and knowledge of safe food handling is of concern. We got sick and the restaurant could of cared less. I hope they get questioned by the health department.

Service was very slow, drinks were never refilled.The sashimi was good as well as the sushi.The rolls left much to be desired. Very loosely rolled and the rice was warm.Will likely stick to the other establishment in town offering all you can eat

My visit today is very pleasant. They have improved on their quality since the last I've been here. Their baked mussels tastes so good and I love their salmon sashimi. The service is also great. I wish they add more items on their menu just like in Calgary but all their food right now is great!

Delicious, fresh and prompt. There is no pressure in remembering your order or how to say it because everything is ordered on a tablet. Food just comes and everything is always served with finess. My go to sushi place in town especially If all your looking to do is stuff yourself with ROLLS! P.s Mango Crispy is a must try! Enjoy ?

Food was great, however, my friends and I waited over an hour for rolls, and had to ask multiple times if they went through, and reordered them, and continued to wait more than 20 minutes for them to come out. I then asked our server if we could take them home since we had been waiting over an hour, and she proceeded to be rude and have terrible customer service towards my friends and i, literally throwing our plates of food on the table and had a rude tone when talking to us. Not only did she disrespect us, but many other people afterwards. My friends and I were nothing but kind and respectful, and she was the complete opposite as if WE had done something wrong by asking if the rolls got missed. Not only was she rude, we also had to ask for waters, extra plates, and more water. She did not come around once to ask how we were doing or offer more water or see if any of our food was missed. I’m honestly so disgusted with how this server acted that my friends and I will no longer support Fusion. I do not normally write reviews, but the service was absolutely awful and I’m so frustrated. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.

1. Food: we have tried lunch and dinner all you can eat, dinner doesn’t offer a lot more value ( mussels are good 4.7, Unagi is small in portion), so we prefer lunch. Sashimi and rolls are mostly decent4.2-4.5, Tom yom soup is very good 4.8. Kastu is not good 3.0, shrimp tempera not great 3.8-4.0, eggplant and yam tempera 4.4. Feel pretty thirsty after meal. 2. Service and environment: service is decent, they can get very busy and service can be slowed down but understandable; missing items happened, but can be fixed once requested. Decent amount of Dust is visible in the restaurant especially hidden spots, need more attention for cleaning. 3 price vs value is good, would prefer at least 1 unagi option for lunch.

Great food at a good price. My favorite is the spicy tuna roll and the cheese wontons. A great place to come with a group. You order off a tablet which is fun and you can see pictures of the food and your order history.

The food was good but the service was horrible. Two of the 3 people at our table received their meals before I even could. We were there for almost 2 hours before I got my food, an hour and a half after everyone else got theirs. We weren't asked if we wanted anything to drink and almost completely ignored.

I am giving the one star because the food was good. The service was terrible, we had to ask them for water (did not ask if we wanted a drink) they never asked how our food was and most importantly we waited an extra hour for most of our food and had to eventually remind them about the items we did not have. If you have an Ipad with all of the food on them, they should not miss anything food wise. They stuck us in the corner and then did not give us the time of day other to give us the food the entire time. Absolutely terrible service!

We love eating here! The all-you-can-eat lunch is a bit cheaper than dinner, and we are always able to get a table. The menu is quite extensive, and includes a little bit of everything from BBQ to sushi and deserts. The flavours are great and we always leave with a smile on our faces!

Myself and my husband have been going to fusion for years and it’s always been our favourite place to eat. The food is phenomenal and the service is even greater. We are quite familiar with all the servers as we eat there a lot, but I’d specifically like to mention Darien. Each time we come in she always stops by our table to say hi, even when it’s busy, which makes the experience even better and more personal. We typically ask for a lot of side things, and whenever she seats us she grabs our drinks and everything else without us even having to ask. On the odd occasion we’re missing food she’s very prompt to get the missing items made for us. Keep up the amazing work Darien!

I'm absolutely disgusted with the way my family was treated tonight. I visited the website, clicked the link for table reservations, where I got a big red notification stating they weren't currently taking reservations. We drove to the restaurant, shortly after 5pm. The girl that greeted us asked if we had a reservation. When we responded with no, she went to ask someone else where she could seat us. Another girl came out of the back, looked at the tables, and pointed to a table in the corner, stating that was the best she could do. As she was walking away she said loud enough for us all to hear, 'that's the best you get when you don't make a reservation'. Clearly, booking a reservation is EXTREMELY important to them, unfortunately, their link on their website wasn't taking reservations. I won't touch base on the cleanliness or appearance of the staff, but we certainly won't ever set foot in there again. Shame to turn away a family of 6, our bill is usually nice and big ?‍♀️
