After going through the drive thru at Church’s chicken, I changed my mind and figured shop locally. I went to KFC for a meal, I paid for it 18$ and didn’t ask for a drink but they gave me one that I didn’t even tell what kind, so they took the money and the Explanation from the server didn’t even make sense. But guess where iam going next time?

Aside from forgetting my drink twice. I mean, you get what you'd expect from KFC. Have been ordering chicken for over 20 yrs. This location always has good service, a clean restaurant, and good crispy chicken.

They forgot about our order, took over 40 mins to get it, then I ask if they could just add gravy to compensate for missing our order but instead they still charge me 8.00 and then had to wait another 5 mins to get it:(

Wow! The staff was very friendly and I got my food order at what felt like a snap of a finger. We were so impressed. The food was hot and fresh and even though I live on the west side, I’ll be coming here. Great job guys!!!

After 25 mins waiting for our food, I asked how much longer. She said didn't anyone tell you how long nuggets take. And told me 6 more minutes. It seems like they deal with the skips drivers first then drive through. Then dine in orders when ever they get around to them. If this is your big promotion now, why does it take over 30 mins to get them.

Chicken looked like it was cooked in old grease. There was a pool of dirty grease in the bottom of the bucket. Won't order from there again ?

They can’t seem to get the order right at the drive through, ask for gravy … get potato salad, they ask what kind of sauce you want and then don’t give you any. I mean, is this so complicated? Chicken tasted fine, fries were okay, macaroni salad was very good.
