I went here two times this past month and the first time I went in to dine in and we went to go eat in the place place area and it was dirty and there was food all over the tables and we had to clean one ourselves and the garbage bin was overflowing and there was little bits of garbage scattered and then a lady came and emptied the garbage but while emptying it bits of garbage fell on the ground and she didn’t even pick them up. Then I went to the bathroom and it stinked so bad but I needed to use the bathroom so I used it but the toilet seat was wet and the floor was wet too. As I was leaving the bathroom an entire family went in too and a little kid went like “it stinks in here mommy” so I know it’s not just me. The second time I went the play place looked the same and was dirty again with the same overflowing garbage and bits of garbage everywhere and this was two weeks later and it still looked the same and dirty never bringing my child to play in the play place again ?. The second time I went they were so slow and the McDonald’s started getting packed and there were so many people not being served.

One person taking orders for the 2 drive throughs. She would tell me to give her a moment while she took the other vehicle order. She did this 3 times! Let 3 vehicles ahead of me that arrived after me. Then parked me. This happens often to me here. I obviously don't learn.

It was alright for a Lethbridge Alberta McDonald's I suppose but still below average.Parking: Lots of seating, big play center for children which looked relatively clean once again for a fast paced environment.Kid-friendliness: Once again I can't say too much as I didn't have my boys with me this round but I think they would have loved the play center and what kid doesn't love McDonald's. Large selection of treats and sweets as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

one of the employees almost got robbed at the doors while trying to bring us our order after the drive thru, and he was really brave about it and kicked them out. THEN he ran back out to us to make sure we still got our food. risked his life and safety for us to have a late night snack. this man deserves a raise.
