Vegetarian options: They cater to your options whether vegetarian or not.Personally I'm not a vegetarian, but they will do due diligence on addressing your needs.Kid-friendliness: The staff are very efficient on coming to the front counter and taking your order. They are VERY kind and will talk to the child/children with age appropriate banter. I highly recommend this company for their great food and great atmosphere, but most of all the great service they provide.?

Cannot say enough good things about my recent experience here. Not only was our food great, the staff were kind enough to stay past their closing time to wait for us to pick up our food after we had issues starting the car.We will definitely be back!

Ordered pizza, and the delivery time was 45 mins, we called after an hour to see when it would arrive. The person who answered the phone said our order hadn’t left yet and when I asked why not, she hung up on me. So I called back and she then said it would be 20 mins so I asked to speak to the manager, and explained that the person who answered the phone hung up on me and was giving me different answers. The manager said the food should arrive any min, so a third answer. The drive did arrive 10 mins later ( 1hr and 15min after we ordered) and was very rude. Will never order from there again- horrible customer service.

Ordered a pizza to my apartment and the driver left the pizza outside (downtown Lethbridge) after claiming that they tried calling me (they did not). Will never purchase a pizza from any Papa Johns ever again. I even pre paid, and they had the audacity to keep my money and not refund me.
so the food was fine, so that's good. my dad wanted their pizza so I called an order for pick up. the guy on the phone was so rude that I actually ASKED HIM if he could be nicer to me. instead he chose to talk over me (yes it was a male so not too surprised by this point) and he incorporated an angry sigh for added drama. he was on speaker, everyone in the room heard the conversation. we were all pretty surprised. if the order was for me I would have hung up. I personally never plan on ordering from them again and will talk anyone wanting to go there out of it. paying that much for food just to be treated poorly every time we go is ridiculous. their customer service has slid all the way down the damn Hill the past few years but I have to draw the line at having to ask someone in customer service to be kinder in a three minute phone call. just save yourself a negative experience and go to two guys.hey miserable employee, we all have bad days, but you're literally being paid to not be a dick for a three minute phone-call. maybe if you were nicer to people while doing your job you'd be less angry. best of luck bud.

The first time I ordered for delivery my order was 28 dollars, when they came to my door the delivery man give himself a 10 dollar tip without asking? The second time I ordered for delivery it was the same guy and not only did he throw the pizza on the ground but it was the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. I use to love this place i never had any bad experience except for these two. I won’t order from here again after the disrespect and I advise others to find a different place to order from.

Bit disappointed tonight, was on the phone for 15 minutes and explained my order as clear as day. Showed up and they were still missing a papida… Not even a apology or anything. Someone needs to answer the phone who can understand very clear instructions. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Have my food was cold by the time I got home. I also asked for 8 garlic parm wings and 8 bbq wings and I got all BBQ. What a joke
