Is always clean and smells good when ya do pick up and thier delvery is pretty quick even if you're in the west side. Super friendly. There store is so clean I don't even care if they wear gloves.?Parking: It's a pizza place....

This is definitely the best Pizza 73 in the whole city. I have been going there regularly for years now and they know who I am and how I like my order. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and even when I moved to a different part of the city that was further away I still choose them over all others.

Ordered online. Picked up in store. Service and product has always been top rate at the Mayor Magrath Drive location in Lethbridge. Today i noticed when i got home that my order waa wrong, and when I called customer service, the representative acknowledged their mistake and had it remedied, including free delivery.

To start I have been going here since I was little and have always loved the pizza. I ordered online and waited outside for an hour called and said it was 20 min late they said it was delivered and nothing I could do. Not delivered, this was late at night so I didn’t really have any other options. I called customer service twice that night and they said I had to email. I was already upset by that because I don’t get a refund or any food for the night. I got an email the next day and it said to go to the store itself. Extra frustrating as customer service on the phone was awful and now I had to go into store and waste more time and money on gas. I get in there the guy is arguing with me they dropped it off. I said they didn’t I waited by the door. They said they did and he kept repeating himself until I got angry and he threw the money at me and said he had my info and would call the police. Please go use your money somewhere else, this company doesn’t deserve customers

Went to pick up my order and the service was terrible. Rude customer service. I was “helped” by a man with short black hair. I was rudely told by him that it was not ready. Which was fine other than his horrible attitude. Then while waiting noticed that they were handling food WITHOUT GLOVES which is utterly unhygienic. Never ordering from here again.
