Go to the westside or papa johns. This place is too shady. Made an online order to redeem my free pizza, they made a change to the order so I had to pay for it and the customer service did nothing about it. Being a rewards member is pointless and this location.

I ordered a bundle to watch the game becsuse I wanted to fully enjoy it without distractions. The order arrived, without the wings, wring dips, cold pizza. I called customer service twice and they did not solved anything, the wings arrived 40 minutes later and no even an apology was offered. It took me 40 minutes of my time to be thinking and dealing with pizza hut, when I just wanted to watch the game with NO DISTRACTIONS! Not ordering again.
Service was great. The girl was all by herself. A lot more expensive than previous and we had to wait for the pizzas to come out. Not good when your in a hurry.

So it's pizza hut, it's not terrible. The reason I leave a bad review is actually because of the way they park in the alley. I have to navigate a large trailer down this alley, and there's always a couple vehicles parked behind the building. They occasionally don't pull far enough over, and I know from experience, if I parked my vehicle in the alley, that I would soon get a call from the local police, telling me to move, so it makes me a little bitter.
