The Briata name CHELSEA working on oct 1st at 3:15 pm. She is so miserable. Its my second time dealing with her. She is so rude has no sense of customer service. I feel bad for the people who work with her and have to deal with her.

mobile ordered so we walked there cause it was a nice day, lobby was closed so we walked up to the drive thru window and the employee just slides it open and tells us to go away, we tell her we ordered mobile and her supervisor was very rude and just kept telling us we couldn’t be in the driveway, i really understand that but please have a note on your door or ATLEAST make it so people CANT mobile order.. i feel like capitalizing is necessary for these employees..
