Worst location in the city. Keep giving them a shot since there the closest to my place. Leave disappointed everytime. Customer service is non existent here but the real problem is there ingredients are never fresh and they make paper thin subs. Photo does no Justice but this is half what I get from other locations.

I would give 0 star but wouldn’t let me. The only female worker there feels like she has a hate on me for unknown reason. Last night i went to buy 2 footlongs , as soon as i went to the line she immediately ask her co worker to take my order and she will do the cashier instead. I ordered my favourite kickin’ chicken 2 of those, and when its my time to pay , i gave him the voucher that says “build your own two footlongs for 17$” . The female went beside her coworker and said that , that voucher doesn’t work on chicken footlongs . Which is weird because it literally says on the voucher that “build your own” . Anyway, everytime i go inside this subway and the worker is THAT female. She gives me glared with rage and hate .

Went there for 2 footlongs. The girl there is kinda rude. Not so friendly. I thought she's shy or something but when a Punjabi guy walk in she started to smile and became bubbly to him. Hand me my order without even looking at me or say thank you at all. Poor customer service!! Not going there ever again!

Dharmit was so friendly and helpful. I ordered on the app and the store was out of the Brisket sub my son wanted. I was extremely frustrated but Dharmit was so kind and warm that my anger fell away. He helped me with the app and quickly made our subs, they were delicious. The subs and service was fantastic but the reason I am writing the review is that Dharmit was so patient and compassionate toward his colleague who seemed overwhelmed and unaware of how the cash register worked. Dharmit helped him, offered mentoring, and took accountability for the team. I very much respected his approach and I will be back.

So we decided to go to subway at around 8:30 on a Saturday as the website says they close at 9 and we walked in and the employee didn’t even greet us or make us feel welcome just kind of stared. so I asked if they were open still and he hesitated and said they close at 8:45 and I asked if we could still get served and he said yeah just give me five minutes to wipe out the unit so I ended up just leaving. I used to work at a subway about a couple months ago and I would never turn a customer away even one minute to close. This is some of the worst service I’ve ever had. You don’t need to wipe out the unit half an hour before close and put everything away when there is still half an hour and lie about when you close when even the sign outside says they close at 9. Was in a rush and now don’t have time to eat. Thanks.

I went into this Subway a half hour before they closed and received some of the best service of my life from an employee closing named Rhuda. He was very kind and asked me how my day was and we had a nice real chat despite being so close to closing. Thank you!

Took my son after practice and got there before 930, hours listed say they are open until 10. We were turned away. Then we watched as several other customers were turned away. What is the point of business hours if you aren't going to keep them?!? Horrible!

Soda machine was out of order, walked in and there were no employees at the front of the store. we sat there for 5 minutes waiting to be served, and were served by a lady that rushed us and seemed to be frazzled as she was the only one working.
