Almost every time I've ordered from here they've gotten my order wrong. I'm vegetarian, so I enjoy the refried bean burrito (when it's correctly delivered), but 4/5 times I've ordered they've sent me beef. Obviously I can't eat it, so it's just a waste of food and my time/money. This has happened so many times I'm honestly just done with this restaurant.Vegetarian options: Get it right.

Worst Taco Time location in the city!Meat is extremely dry and overcooked, and the amount of meat they give you in your tacos is a complete joke!This particular location has different ownership than the other 3 in the city, and it shows. The other 3 locations are far better.I wouldn't go back to this location if the food was free!!

The staff was very nice and helpful, but they removed the customer salsa bottles, now you have to ask for those awful little containers. Massive fail imo. Goodbye, we had a good run.

Pretty great, the food is exactly what I want from a Taco time and the staff was lovely to interact with, also it seemed like the overhead radio was broken so they had a bedside alarm clock just placed in the middle of the room with it's radio going, honestly amazing 10/10

I ate in my vehicle but The food was so delicious I tried other taco times and the meat is soggy this was perfect definitely eat there again
Walked out because they wanted to charge me for hot sauce.***UPDATE****won't see me back to your store anymore, not paying for hot

Being generous with a 2 star. Was in line for over 30 min… missed an appt.. couldn’t get out of line .. watched an employee unwrap and rewrap a couple different items and still give them to customers .. one was mine .. hot sauce just tastes like taco seasoning.

As I entered the store there was a poster for a 2 taco deal for $9.99. I asked for this deal and was told no you cant have that. I pointed out the poster and the employee walked over and took down the poster. Then I was told I should have come the day before because it was taco Tuesday. So not only did they not honor an advertised deal they told me I came on the wrong day. I will not be returning to this store. Thankfully there other locations in my city.

I love it here but y’all started watering down your hot sauce for a bit. You ok??? It’s very heartbreaking to pour watered down hot sauce on my taco. Plz never do that again. Ty.
