Raye acknowledged us immediately, she smiled a lot, was easy to talk to, answered all my questions. Plus she was quick. She definitely knows what she's doing. Hopefully she's working the next time I come to Lethbridge.

This is a very busy drive through location but the number of patrons eating inside was surprisingly few. There were no old fashioned plain donuts left at 4 pm.

Indian woman supposedly the supervisor. Wouldn't fix my 1 simple tea. I got a tea early and went back because it wasn't the correct tea. Asked for it to be fix she refused and told me to call in the manager in the morning. She was being utterly rude and ignorant for a simple tea to be fixed. Need less to say i didnt get my tea that was already paid for. I was stuck with a uncorrect tea. I dont live in lethbridge having to drive back for the tea to be fixed in the first place was inconvenient. Not to mention it was my birthday and that Supposed indian supervisor lady completely ruined my day. Never waste your money or time at thia tim hortons. I strongly advise the northside tim hortons. They'll actually fix the west sides mistakes

25 minutes for a mobile order is crazy. Don’t blame it on closing time when it’s 2 hours away. Maybe the owner should pay for them to clean after they close so they can do there job.

Everytime I go here to get 2 xl TT coffees and two breakfast sandwiches and two hashbrowns they always cutting us off by saying "anything thing else?" But right as I'm telling them to get 2 of each they cut me off thinking I'm ordering just the one like shut up and let me finish my order I'm a busy guy and can't be turning around pulling a Karen I have places to be but be nice for them to get my order right. Tried getting mad for them to stop cutting us off but the store manager lady just cancels our order making us hard for us to get the other sandwich added on kept saying "you just ordered one". Think when I have the time imma get mad at them

Make sure you check your orders.... on multiple occasions I have ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich and was given sausage instead. Why is your kitchen not following the screen orders.....
