Not too bad but service is a little bit slow as compare to other tim hortons store in town.Parking: Parking lot is close to drive thru. when you're done getting your orders from the drive thru, you will exit to their parking lot
The location pulls a lot of stops to exude a stronger hockey theme than any of the other Lethbridge locations. The employees were really kind. Thought the loonie embedded in the floor was a little charming. There's also a patio on the outside. It's a pretty quaint location.

Complete disregard in terms of customer service. Restaurant was empty we were the only ones in the line and no one was paying us any attention. It took maybe 10 minutes before we were attended to after asking for service. People were just waliing by doing there own thing one employee went on his phone. Like horrible on the customer service.
