I went there arround 6:40pm today and I ordered three medium ice coffees and one with extra caramel they didn’t mixed it well and the lady who handout my drinks was so rude need to learn about customer service. Don’t know how to greeting a customer

Not only did the cashier, an old lady, react unprofessionally when I misunderstood her request to ‘scan,’ but they also served me a sandwich with really spoiled lettuce. I was trying to use a coupon with a QR code for a discount, and when the cashier asked to ‘scan,’ I misunderstood and thought she was asking to scan my credit card. I politely asked if my wife could scan her QR code instead, and the cashier became visibly frustrated, replying in an angry tone, ‘That’s what I said! What part don’t you understand about scanning?’To make matters worse, even after the cashier scanned the QR code on my coupon, the discount wasn’t applied, and she didn’t inform me about it. It was only after leaving that I noticed the discrepancy.

Around 7.25 am I ordered Farmers wrap with tea.Instead of one slice of cheese they add 4 extra slices in wrap. I never asked for extra. Seriously trained your staff well. And they give me really cold tea taste like transmission fluid ,when I asked for fresh then They changed and add too much sugar in it, do we have to ask all time for fresh?? . I worked at Tim hortons too steep tea gets expire after 20 minutes , but they keep using them . So bad service allTim hortons in Lethbridge.

WORST TIM HORTONS I have ever came across. I have gone here 2 times and both times I have worst experience. when First time I went, I have ordered Farmer's Wrap, they did'nt put Sauce in it. After 3 days, I went 2nd time and ordered same and also told them NOT TO FORGET TO PUT SAUCE but they did'nt cared and gave me same tasteless Farmer's wrap. I was on my way to JOB otherwise I would have came back and complained manager in-person. Before, I was living in North of Lethbridge so use to go TIM HORTONS on North by walmart they are best in service and food and Now I moved to South of Lethbridge before couple weeks ago, so unfortunately this location is on my way. BUT I AM NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE, I will make coffee and breakfast at my home. Moreover, employees working there, it seems that they don't care for customer and I felt like, they are doing favour on customers by working there.

Ordered a sandwich with extra bacon, payed for the extra bacon but got extra tomatoes on the sandwich instead, almost like it was just so it looked full, horrible service. Train your workers properly or get new once.

This store needs to get competent workers. I order sausage on an everything croissant with Chipotle sauce and cheese. I get bacon no sauce. This store has really gone down hill. Rather quite sad it is owned by very nice people . The staff Should take pride in their work and do it right.
