My husband and I ordered the date night meal and it was so so so good! Great quality and quantity for the price point. The drinks were also really great and the service was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. A new favourite for us!

Jay is a fabulous service person. So personable and a delight. We went to watch Rob at the piano. He was wonderful- music was easy listening and madeThe dining experience most enjoyable.

My wife and I went there for our 52nd Wedding Anniversary for a nice quiet relaxing dinner. The food was wonderful, so our compliments to the chefs. The price of our meals also seemed quite reasonable. Unfortunately, my wife has fibromyalgia and our table was quiet close to the keyboard player. The music was loud and my wife by the end of the meal was close to having a panic attack. I also did not enjoy the music, even though I'm a music lover and play both acoustic and electric guitar. The music for Monday is billed as melodies but sounded more jazzy with a string of random notes. It was also far to loud for myself. J our server was just OK and would have been fine at a more casual restaurant but I expect more at a more upscale setting.

Went for dinner tonight. Our server was exceptional! He was very attentive, and was able to remedy some issues with the dishes served. I would say the food could be fine tuned a touch to ensure higher quality product, but I highly commend the serving staff based on my experience with my server tonight!

Didn't have one entree we wanted to order, told me wrong seasonal vegetables that i ordered extra of then I got the wrong ones, didn't have the dessert we ordered but instead of telling us, brought a different one out nothing like we ordered. And took over 2 hours, very slow service. Not the first time for slow service... been a bit of a miss lately

Overall we had a terrible experience at the Water Tower Grill. We ate on level 1 the casual floor and after being seated it took 15 minutes for anybody to come ask for our drink order. My wife ordered an old fashioned and when it arrived the smoked old fashioned was just a regular old fashioned as the smoke had dissipated before arriving at our table. My daughters pop came with a glass with two inches of water in it from ice that had already melted completely. After we ordered, half an hour after our drinks came and no water refills, the food was not good. The steak sandwich was a tiny piece of steak and a piece of garlic toast, and the medium request came to the table overcooked. The Carne Asada my wife ordered had undercooked rice and the marinade for the meat was not good.It also took 40 minutes from the time we ordered to serve our table of 4. When our meals were delivered nearly an hour and 15 minutes into our visit we were asked if we wanted another drink.Overall our experience was an hour and 45 minutes. A few of us wanted dessert but decided against it as we feared it would take another 45 minutes to arrive. We had a 6:15 reservation and the restaurant section was busy, not packed but steady. We knew it might be a long night when our server mentioned he forgot our table was part of his section when he introduced himself. For the price we paid the experience was probably the biggest dining letdown we’ve ever had, and a first for us in that we felt it was not worthy of tipping.

It took a long time to even get our order taken then the bacon on one order tasted old even rancid. The fish and chips we ordered was good, the fish was hot but the fries were barely even warm. Not my usual experience there.
