Our party of 4 had a great meal at the Firestone last night. We had hockey tickets and asked for quick service. We had our meals in a few minutes. I think the manager was one of the helpers that brought the meals out so quickly. Hot, tasty and not too expensive! We'll be back!
Food was very good, good sized portions and nice presentation. Server was very polite and nice sense of humour. One in our group was a vegetarian and server was very in tune with and asking questions so she was fully aware of possible issues not being fully vegan. Great upscale surroundings but very easy going atmosphere, a perfect balance. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Great value for what we received as a group of six. Definitely will be returning.
I recently chose Firestone for a business dinner with Canadá business manager from Toronto . I booked in advance selected usual table . Cans right on time at 815 pm . They had not read instructions gave our table away . Put us at huge table then a server finally said we could move . My rep wanted Alberta beef . We ordered the 2 tenderloins dish for each of us . They took forever to serve us and the steaks we choked down as Hungary after long day at home and garden show . They were terrible along with experience I will never host another business dinner here and spent over $100 . Bourbon and butter restaurant the evening before was highlight of her visit they were outstanding .

To say the least, I'm a little disappointed I booked a reservation and put under special occasion that it was my birthday. The server did not acknowledge my birthday whatsoever and to watch another table in the lounge area have their birthday acknowledged and celebrated by staff and to have mine, not acknowledged sucked. On top of that of course since they did not acknowledge my birthday, I also had to pay fully for my dessert..... I thought the whole point of making a reservation and marking the special occasion as a birthday would make the point clear but I guess not... if a customer makes a reservation and marks the special occasion option. It shouldn't be up to the customer to have to remind staff when it's there in the reservation. Given the poor service, I much rather order takeout, then come in person and eat there.

First time dining at Firestone and just loved it!. It was busy but we didn't have to wait long fior service. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious . Staff were very friendly and the place itself is warm and comfortable. We will be back, soon!

For all four members of our party, the menu choices were good and for each of us the food was excellent. The wait staff was attentive, and overall we were very happy with our meal and total experience.

Dinning was good. Had gift cards and would not honor them. They were only 1 day past expiry. Tried to book on last day of expiry but would not take our reservation, as they were booked solid. A little leeway would have been nice. Not happy to loose $30. We have to think twice about getting gift cards again from Firestone.

The Firestone is always a good place to eat, breakfast lunch or dinner. You can spend a little or a lot and it's always tasty, well cooked and well presented. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. It must be a good place to work because the kitchen and waitstaff really seem to care about their work. Well done.
Awsome food, table of 5 for my brides birthday, server was very engaging and attentive. The restaraunt is noisy but that seems to be the theme these days but overall a very enjoyable evening!

Our server, Lea, was attentive and helpful. We had the Yorkshire pudding and crispy cod which were delicious, piping hot, and freshly prepared. The gravy was outstanding! The double pepperoni pizza (for the kids) was ordinary. Our booth, which I think, was near the barista's station or kitchen, was bit loud - could hear the sounds of dishes being washed, etc. Overall, it was a lovely experience - we will be back! Glad we had booked reservations as Saturday night is extremely busy.
Have eaten there when we come to town. Made a reservation and was out in the lounge. Very busy and took forever to get our food. Steak was very bland and food was not the quality we have had on every other visit. Meals were very unsatisfactory.

Great dinner for our 2 grandsons birthdays. Lots of variety on the menu, reasonable prices and good quantity. Service was good and it wasn't too noisy . Appreciated the free birthday desserts . Firestone is our favourite restaurant
Once again a fantastic experience!! Took my mother to lunch as she is in a senior home and she was soooo thrilled to have food that was delicious and fresh as she would “not get food like this in the senior home”. She was so excited and the staff was AMAZING as always. Shout out to our server Jody (was the name on the receipt but for some reason thought it was a different name that started with an S...) and big hello to Juliet who stopped over to say hi as she has served me in the past. Outstanding all around.

The Asian Bites weee absolutely delish!!...However, the Corn Chowder was a very small size..it MAY have been “10 ounces!!” said the server when HE served it...but I'd dare to guess it was MAYBE 6 ounces. It was NOT a good amount for my husband for lunch ( and he isn't a large man..or has a veracious appetite!! And it definitely was not worth $9.00!! The soup was delish but a very small portion....
