We went to BP's for a late lunch after doing a bunch of running around and we were hungry! The pub side was almost empty and the service was great, our waitress was friendly and attentive. We had the deep fried dill pickles as an appetizer and shared a large pizza that all tasted great. By the time we got home, I was really sick. Then my partner also got sick. It passed quickly, after we were both empty.I called the restaurant and spoke to someone who identified as the manager. He did not have the customer service skills I would expect of a manager. I suggested they check the kitchen because something made us both sick and that was the only place we ate. He went on to tell me how great their kitchen is and they practice safe food handling. When I advised I wasn't looking for a refund, just wanted them to know something was off so they didn't make anyone else sick. Suddenly he was friendly and thanked me. I don't have any faith they checked the kitchen and I am sorry if other customers suffered. I tried! ?We won't be back....

We come to this location because of Treena. Food at Boston Pizza should be the same quality at any location, but to find a server of Treena's caliber... that's a rare find. We don't dine at BP's often - it's less than once in two months. Yet Treena remembers us, remembers our drink order, and remembers that I don't like spicy chicken. Treena always asks how the food is, if there's anything else she can get for us before we begin eating, and the odd time that something is wrong she gets it fixed immediately. Treena knows when we need a to-go container, she knows when our drinks needs to be topped up, and she knows when we are ready for the bill. When Treena is our server, we have always received efficient, friendly service and that matters to us more than the food or the atmosphere. Treena is exceptional as a server, and we appreciate that she makes us feel valued as guests when we eat at BP's.

There is a great consistency with Boston Pizza. The food is always good, the service is kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is always inviting. There's a comfort to that. And, the staff are happy to make the small changes to a dish...in my case, I like more salad instead of pasta, and they are happy to do those little, easy things, which I appreciate. This location was exactly what anticipated. Thank you!

Alyssa our server was fantastic. Food was delicious wish gravy was thicker for dipping fries. Wasn’t overly loud could have a nice conversation over lunch, very enjoyable.
