It seemed like there is very little consistency in orders… my husband & I both got the blackened chicken alfredo, but it seemed like mine was swimming in sauce while his was much drier. Usually this place is our go-to for a great date night meal, but it hasn’t been as good as it used to be. When dining in, the food is always top notch, but take out is much less so. I guess it might be easier to send out food that was less carefully prepared when you don’t have to worry about it being sent back?

Generally speaking, Browns are pretty consistent across locations. The atmosphere is great, service is wonderful and food is delicious. That was true at this location, except for the food. My meal seemed rushed and thrown together, but it was toward the end of the evening and wanted to close early. The service was good and the food was just OK.

This is the second time we have ate there, the service was phenomenal and this time music wasn't so loud that we could have a nice conversation with the other couple we were with. It was a little pricey for what I ordered because I didn't even get a whole chicken breast. It was like a quarter of one but all in all a very pleasant experience. ?

Dietary restrictions: It's good to see so many gluten free options on the menu. I also loved the yam fries. The dipping sauce was excellent with just the right zing for me. The Cod was sooo good and much appreciated since beef is not an option for me. I will certainly try the other seafood options - but in the restaurant next time.

Browns has such an incredibly fun vibe but just as important, the food and service is excellent! I’m so happy the fried chicken ramen bowl is back on the menu and it’s my favorite, but I feel like everything I eat at Browns is really delicious! One of the few places with happy hour that goes until 6pm too!
We were travelling home from a vacation last week and stayed in Medicine Hat for the night. We ordered from Browns online and meant to pick up our order on the way to the hotel. We set a pickup time of 10:30pm just as we were to arrive in town. We received a call from the restaurant about 20 minutes after we made the order and it turned out there was a error with the online time selections and not only was the kitchen closed at 9:00pm, but the entire restaurant was to close at 10:00pm. I thought we were out of luck, however, the employee that was on the phone insisted they would still make our order and stay late for us to pick it up! She said she didn’t want to ruin our night. After a very long day of travel for us, we were incredibly appreciative and it was really so nice of them to go out of their way for us. We enjoyed our meal so much. Thanks guys!

I ordered the fish and chips, with an extra piece of fish and a side of gravy. I requested cutlery as I am at a hotel. I received my order, open it up tearing the sticker sealing the bag that says proudly packed by: Alexa, only to find that I didn't get any cutlery and to top it off no tartar sauce for the fish!?

Love the vibe, good food. Our only nitpick is the size of the burger patty. If you get a restaurant burger, you expect a patty bigger than a McDonald's quarter pounder patty.
