The food is good but the service of the manager is not friendly and caring ??. He just walked away after the food was served. He did not offer me to have a lid and a take out plastic bag on my beef sukiyaki bowl order. Really not professional….??????

Sunday family meal says you get two teriyaki meals and two kids meals. Listed under kids meals: sushi kids meals. At first the clerk says it works to get sushi kids meals- I discuss it with my wife and return in line to order, then the manager overrules him. I give the manager a second chance as it is clearly written out on the advertising and there are no exceptions listed...I guess they didn't want the business.

Great food, portion sizes always on the smaller side though, but so tasty have to keep going back. This location is one of the cleanest I have ever seen and it appears to have far better staff than many other locations of this same franchise that I visit when I travel. Highly recommend this place to anyone in medicine hat or traveling through the area. Thanks.

Always ripping off the portioning. They are substandard compare to the other location. They should be retrain or it will be better if it’s under new management.
