Stayed 3 nights. This hotel has had no money put into it, it is getting more and more run down. My last night cost 189. my rooms air conditioner/ heating unit had a piece of green tape on it saying it had to stay in the on position, was unable to turn off. The last time I stayed there, the same thing happened. This is definitely not worth the price of the room. This was my go to hotel whenever I am in the Hat. Never again, I am done.

The food, is not so great, the wings tasted like soap, or they used ginger rather than garlic.Our waitress was amazing, she actually had a great sense of humor. (Not sure of her name but she had red hair)I do not reccomend the nachos.

so it started off as a normal day went out for breakfast and as we come back we are greeted by hotel staff who then told me I would greatly charged for room cleaning and told us to leave yet the room was not in poor condition we then packed up our stuff and collected our garbage as we go to check out they inform us they called the police on us so as for the lodge I do not trust them or tolerate them due to the fact my room had my do not disturb sign out on the door....

ordered a cheeseburger, $15 and came with no side. fries are $5 extra. soft drink $3. food tasty but not over abundant.in short, would rather spend my money elsewhere and get more bang for my buck.

I normally give every restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, the server seemed so inconvenienced by our group of five. When taking our order she seemed huffy and rolled her eyes. After she put in our order she stood at the bar speaking with a co-worker for what seemed like forever. Needless to say all the food we ordered was cold. No, we didn’t have the patience to wait another hour for mediocre “replaced” food. After my friend asked for a supervisor, we received a50% discount. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. Unsure if the morale of working at the establishment is low? It’s clear that the hospitality industry has become comfortable serving terrible food with a poor unmotivated attitude. I think I’ll cook my own next time!

After standing line at the desk for 10Minutes the clerk said our room wasn't ready till 4pm.... It was 3:45 at that time.... Geezus and no smiles from the desk clerks or offer to keep our bags. So we sat in the non air conditioned lobby waiting for our room to be ready. Couldn't go into the casino to wait as they wouldn't let us in. with our suitcase...so then went back at 4:20 still not ready and asked the rude clerk when it will be ready and he had no idea.... Finally checked in at 4:45

Service staff was slow for drinks and refills. Another person in my party didn’t enjoy their selection. Fries with my order were cold. Appetizers arrived after the entrees. Dining lobby was next to empty.

Stayed over on a a Wednesday at the Lodge. Went done for the Wing and Schooner special. Server was great (Kandice maybe?) and the wings were awesome. Big, huge meaty wings that tasted delicious.
