I really like the burgers. My most recent visit was disappointing because the beef patty was so thin it fell apart on my bun and didn’t cover the bun. No longer worth the price.

Canjun fries very terrible. Fries were undercooked. When someone asks for extra cajun on side kindly give good portion of cajun so the customer won’t need 6-7 small boxes of cajun.The cashier with glasses and beard needs proper training to listen the customers and not shout at them. FIVE GUYS franchise team, if you guys are reading this, kindly provide them training to serve customers better.Worst Five guys in entire North America. Horrible!

They are amazing when you go in the fryers are always done perfectly, so is your hamburger and they are very very polite when you go in. But when you order, it’s a total different experience the last three times I ordered from these guys. Their fries were burnt so bad it’s like when you order they give you the bottom the stuff that over burns The fries are not the same it’s not the people that deliver their fault. They can’t treat their customers different order online. Give them a smaller amount And give them the burn stuff. Treat your customers the same as when you treat them when They go into The establishment.

My husband missed lunch today and stopped in to pick up Five Guys for dinner as a treat. When he got home, he unpackaged a burger that looked like it had been stepped or sat on... And then proceeded to pull out a long black hair.Neither of us have black hair and it was fully embedded in the cheese.Dinner ruined, as we can't leave to pick up another order, and now that I know they don't ensure hair nets are worn... I really question this place.
