The food is absolutely disgusting. We ordered over $100 worth of Chinese food and everything is battered the exact same, no spice, seasoning, zero taste but “batter” with no sauces in anything.
The food used to be so great from here but not anymore.

The last 2 times we ordered take out the ginger beef was dry and hard with little sauce. The sauce didn’t have any of the usual vegetables as garnish and it the sauce tasted different each time.

Ever since the new owners took over very disappointing the back door which what we thought was for handicap is completely crowded, the food was cold out server kept rushing us to get food when we just sat down she told us 4 days in the matter of 20 mins to go get food. Will never be going back I will go to the other buffet

Great food on a take out order. Ginger beef was especially good as the meat was not only tasty but soft and tender.
since new owners haveBought hats restaurant ithas turned into garbageCold food,tastes bad.being rushed by the waitress.The only way handicapped people can get into the restaurant threw the back door and there is so much junk in the way that there isn't enough room to get threwWith a wheelchair or walker.it was so bad wewalked out and will never go back.

Ken was our server and he was Amazing. It was out first visit and we were Very Happily surprised. The food was tasty with lots of variety and because it's busy its replenished before it's empty.You will not be disappointed.The Jasmine green tea was the best we ever had.PS they don't use MSG.Parking: Parking is right in front

Food was delicious, service was excellent and polite. I arrived at 430pm...then it got really busy with customers. And for take out orders. I recommend if you live in Medicine Hat, or visiting try this establishment out.Vegetarian options: Many vegetables dishes..just ask waitress..or phone them and ask.Dietary restrictions: Same just phone before you decide to go..

Ordered a dinner for 1 was told 30-40 mins I told them back door basement suite do not ring up stairs door bell and to make it easy just call when you get thereby food showed up late and cold when I called looking for food that blamed it on delivery service who's fault it was not thay didn't right any instructions for calling or back door on bill not driver's fault and made a very old neighbor up stairs get up and answer his door not coolfood might have been good if it wasn't cold for the high price food and cold food I'd give a 0 if I could never again

We booked the banquet room for my mom's 70th birthday. They were very accommodating and the service was outstanding. The food was good and there is such a huge variety of choices. The prices are great as well. $24 for all you can eat buffet? And there was a seniors discount as well so I think it was only $22 for her. We had over 20 people in our party and the banquet room was perfect. Would definitely recommend!
