Title: Mixed Feelings at Humpty's Big Plate Diner - Medicine HatRating: ★★★☆☆I recently ordered the Meatlovers Pan Scrambler from Humpty's Big Plate Diner in Medicine Hat via Skip The Dishes. The meal itself was delicious, full of flavor and exactly what I was craving. However, my overall experience was bittersweet due to issues with the delivery aspect of my order.Unfortunately, my order arrived without the drink and utensils I had requested. This is not the first time I've encountered this problem with orders from this location. When you're staying in a hotel, the absence of utensils becomes particularly frustrating, turning what should have been a convenient meal into an inconvenience.While the restaurant serves great food, it seems there's a gap in their delivery order fulfillment process. It appears that the staff may need further training or a better system to ensure that orders are complete before they leave for delivery. This oversight affects the dining experience, especially for those of us relying on delivery services for our meals.In conclusion, while I enjoy the cuisine at Humpty's Big Plate Diner, there's room for improvement in their handling of delivery orders. I hope to see these issues addressed in the future for a better customer experience.
