The food itself isn't bad, it's not the best pizza place but it's amongst the cheapest so it's a good deal.The customer service at this location is lacking, both in staffing and quality. I've had experiences where I left after I waited 10 minutes at the counter without anyone helping me despite the employee in the back looking at me and seeing me waiting. I've also ordered pickup online in hopes of better customer service/a faster way to get my order and they never update the order status tracker so after 30+ minutes I went into the store to find out my order was completed a long time ago and they just couldn't be bothered to update the tracker because it was still showing that my order hadn't been finished. The store was empty and the staff member there wasn't working on any orders when I arrived so I don't think it was a matter of it being too busy for them to do this.Probably won't be going here again.

RUDE staff dont know how to make the pizza we asked for.. Both female workers would not even remake our order. I asked for a manager to contact about our order and she got all snobby and rude with me and would not even give me her name. She said she dont feel comfortable giving me it, so i took a photo of both of them and she walked away all mad lol. l will contact ur owner and corporate about this. Pizza was complete trash and not how it was to be made at all!! Never coming here again until this gets resolved. PS the owner needs to show these 2 girls how to properly deal with customers. Worst experience of my life.

The crazy bread is so awful now, cant even believe how small and sparce of parm and cheese. Nothimg compared to what it used to be. These owners clearly dont care about quality. Raise the price and make it worse than it's ever been.
