This pizza hut is set up for dine in yet there is no dine in also no where does it say no dine in. Was very rude when hubby asked if there was dine in. When we said oh ok Tha k you we were told fine leave then if you don't like it. So we left. Pizza hut has good pizza tho just not this location.

We called earlier and explained that we wanted mixed sauce and they gave us 4 different containers of wings, so we explained what we wanted then they still messed up the order, so we explained a third time and they messed up the wings entirely, we verified on call, and asked before we paid, they even charged us less witch isn’t as bad but it’s still wrong that they didn’t know the price, so when I came to tell them the issue they told me that I was mistaken even tho you can see the color difference in the container, and they told me that I seen them re do it even though tho they didn’t, and on top of all that they handled all the pizza and wing with no gloves touching the pork items with the pizza and wings making it not safe for muslims to eat and unsanitary, I had a high respect for this establishment but after today that has ended. “New issue” after trying the wings they also messed up the flavor not only wasting out time but money as well.

The closed the dining room during covid and never reopened it. Probably a case of staff cant be bothered as the one time prior we sat in they were too busy gabbing in the kitchen to serve.

Take out and delivery, pizza is great. No complaints. Dine in? Never again, service was a super weird experience. Bless her, she was trying and so kind but clearly no guidance or experience in serving.

Every single time I order from this location there are issues. I’ve had enough. No one answers the phone, gps tracking never updates, pizza gets dropped and delivered with the toppings all over the place due to either being dropped or driving like a crazy person. They don’t take responsibility for the errors and it just keeps getting worse.

Friendly waitress took our order...Super Supreme. Pizza was excellent, regular.crust was light and fluffy. Unfortunately the decor, I feel, has not seen sit down customers in a long time...possibly due to Covid. A snow blower in a corner, no toilet paper in the bathrooms and cutlery needing a wash left us feeling that we would order our pizza to go next time.
