Excellent service, as I’ve come to expect at this location. The assistant manager, Helen, helped me this time and was efficient. The food was delicious! I get a beef burrito with sour cream (used to be a soft super/super beef burrito) and an apple empanada. So glad those desserts are back! I hope they stick around. The mall was busy, but the Taco Time staff handled the lines like pros.

Service was amazing, Adi was very personable. As this is in our food court we dont come to expect much from venders and the atmosphere is what you would expect though it could be much worse and thats not the fault of the staff at taco time. As for the food, it was hot and filling.

Hi, so I tried to be civil and email this but it's been 3 months and no one wants to fix the problem or get back to me. For what ever reason this store, and maybe others have decided to change their chicken to dark, dry, tasteless, very unappetizing meat. Whatever budget cut this had made for your store was probably the worst thing this company could have done to a devoted supporter of the taco family. I've been so true to taco time my entire life, always sharing my opinion with those Taco Bell lovers, suggesting taco time to family and friends for a fancy night out, heck I even worked for the place growing up! And for what?? Some knock off ranch chicken burrito, Never have I ever been so disappointed with this restaurant. And to top it off, 36 cents for xtra hot sauce??? I think I will be taking my hard earned money somewhere else next time. At least taco bell stays consistent. Thank you for ruining my favorite burrito of 15 years. Order was missing not one but TWO items… contacted the restaurant regarding the order and they tell us to contact Skip because it’s Skip’s fault? The restaurant is responsible for preparing the order - don’t give excuses and at least apologize for messing up the order. We won’t be ordering here ever again.

Good service. Just don’t like the new little boxes for mexi fries, makes them all soggy. Maybe if the flap was opened the steam could escape. I preferred the paper sleeve.
