Wanted to give Jacob H a shout out!! This young man has it!! He is going places this kid. He has amazing energy! Haven’t had customer service like this in years and needs to be acknowledged. He is always so polite, professional and goes the extra mile when you talk to him. Plus says your order back to you and again at the window. Went through drive through and I'd rather go to the dentist then do that again. 25 min wait for fast food is not acceptable. Too bad as I love the beef taco salad but the wait is way too long. People were turning their cars off the wait was so long.
