Worst experience with duty manager marvin , he very angry i just said to the employee i need vanila syrup as chai tea latte comes with vanilla cyrup, he told he have 35 year experience but he dnt learn how to talk with customer. If i dnt tell in the counter about vanilla syrup your employee should comfrim from me what i need as this is part of ur job.. timhorton should focus on this

I bought a Steak and Egg homestyle biscuit from here, today.I only took one bite to know it was off.The steak was Slimy, like snot and made me gag.I went back inside to either get something else or my money back.I had to wait while all the workers just kept walking past even though there was no one else in line and the drive through was not busy. (I ordered from the drive-thru).When they finally came to serve me I told them my concerns, telling them that the meat on the sandwich was slimy, it made me feel sick, and asked if they could help me.The manager said that's how our roast beef is and that I had "Already paid for it, so it's mine, and if i wanted a replacement id have to pay for it as well".I thought it was supposed to be steak, not roast beef, but either way. Neither Steak or Roast Beef are supposed to be slimy (I have worked in restaurants before, Tim Hortons included).The customer service was not great, the manager did not care for my concerns and was Okay with giving me Bad Meat. I never got my money back or a replacement. I will not be returning to any Tim Hortons if this is how my concerns are met as a paying customer.

I stopped by at this location close to the highway while I was passing through Medicine Hat recently. It has more than enough parking available. Staff were friendly. Clean place and bathrooms as well. There were a couple of flies.

Who knew there was 50 ways to make a plain bagel toasted with butter and one one way that’s enjoyable to eat. How hard can getting a bagel toasted and then putting butter in it be such a difficult task for this company.

The area is not situated in a busy or congested location, and there are ample parking spots available if you prefer to go by car. I have also tried the drive-through option, and the surroundings were clean and well-maintained.
