Ate there Thurs Feb 1, 2024. 7pm. Was hesitant after reading reviews but was close to hotel. Everything was fantastic. Attentive server. Had jambalaya pasta dish, husband had ribs. Both very tasty. Was not busy. Would highly recommend.

Ran horribly, ridiculously under staffed, waited an hour just for drinks, waited over an hour for food, had to ask multiple times for refills. Did not get items that were ordered.

Went here for prime rib on a weekend. It was amazing. Large portions and good quality food. Staff are great they always check in to see how everything is going.

I went in around 7ish with my boyfriend, and everything was going fine until our calamari came out and it was mostly chunks of flour and tasted like the oil in the fryers needed to be changed. We told our server and she didn’t really care all the much but got it removed. Right after that we heard our server go into the kitchen (we were seated right by it) and bad mouth tables, cuss about this and that very loudly. Once we got our food we never got checked on, she only took our food away and gave us the bill. Wont be coming back :(

To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Not sure if management is non-existent or if they just don’t care. If I had to take a guess it’d be the latter, the lack of respect and poor treatment we got was insane.Came in around 6pm December 9th, there were quite a few people in the restaurant but we were seated by the nice hostess in a timely fashion. Wish I got our servers name so maybe he could get some proper training but alas. There were 5 of us and a kid, we got our drinks and our order taken within 5-10 minutes of sitting down, fast forward a half hour and we still have no food, a bus of 36 people comes in and sits down, food starts to come out of the kitchen and goes to the table of 36!!! We didn’t get any info of this as the server didn’t come to check on drinks or anything else in our 30 minute wait. Our server saw how upset we looked when food starting going to the big table and came over to tell us it wouldn’t be much longer and swiftly walked away before we could ask for more drinks.I work in the restaurant industry and this is not how you treat customers, maybe Tony Romas picks and chooses, BAD BUSINESS!When our food finally came the kids got theirs last (BAD BUSINESS). Plates were scalding hot, missing items, cold food. (Clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long) Would not recommend getting a beer for your wait either as mine was flat with no head.We probably would’ve had better luck going to a gas station for seafood.As a Manager of a restaurant myself I know I’d like a detailed explanation if something went awry in my restaurant. Lots of cleaning up to do and training NEEDED for this place, wish I could give a 0 star.Nothing was done but a 10% discount and the beer off my bill. Lack of management was shown, lack of training was shown, and lack of respect was shown. Stay Far Far Away from this place.

Absolutely APPALLING service waiter was BEYOND RUDE cutting side eye.... being short not an OUNCE of friendly service brought it to the management nothing done absolutely ABSOLUTELY

Sunday evening visit, called ahead to see if they could handle our group of 7 and were told they don't do reservations, but when we got there they asked if we were the reservation for 8. Hostess was visibly baffled about where to seat us despite most tables being empty. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order and since it had been that long at least we had our food orders ready as well. Another 40 minutes for food to arrive. Other groups were leaving as they hadn't seen a server yet. Food portions are very strange. Riblings and the Chicken Spinach Stack were full large plates, but the steak came with 4 pieces of broccoli and a small scoop of potato mash. The kids pasta serving is larger than an adult portion, and the kids chicken strips came with more fries than the adult fish and chips, which was three massive pieces of fish and hardly any fries. Fish was oily but tasty. We had to track the server down to get the kids meal desserts as we only saw her twice in an hour and a half. It seemed like maybe they were short on staff but when asked if there was an estimate on how much longer food would be we were met with blank stares and shrugs. Probably won't be visiting here again.

Me and my girlfriend went here for our one year anniversary! Service was great, was greeted by our waitress who knew we had a reservation! Got seated, ordered, and received our dinner quite quick! I got a burger and my girlfriend the potato soup. Both where some of the best food we have had in a long time. We figured it'd be pricey given the quality of food and service, but where greeted with a pleasantly decent priced bill. Overall, 10/10 and will be back again
