Melissa was incredible. We were at Montanas with a party of 12. She was so good. Order was taken perfect, good time management, her smiling face.....she was actually happy serving us. Montanas is very luck to have her working for them.

Ok there are tons of restaurants in this area. If you try ANY of them, go here and give them a try! So just walking in took me a few minutes as the restaurant is stunningly beautiful. Well decorated and very cool! Take time to check out the decor. At the door greeted with not just a friendly warm smile but the scent of what was to be a very tasty meal. All of the staff stop and say hello on their way by, the manager checked on me a couple times as well. Truly showing the care and efforts they are making to ensure you have a great experience which I did. Now to the perfectly prepared meal and spot on tasty seasonings. I really wish I would have stopped here at the beginning of my trip not the end. I would have eaten here quite a few times. So to sum it up this is the best restaurant I've been to here in this area! Well done and thank you for an awesomely delightful dining experience!!!

Worst service at a Montanas I’ve ever been too. And I’ve been double charged before. My order has been wrong before.But never have a walked into a restaurant and immediately felt uncomfortable. My entire family was made to feel uncomfortable right off the bat.The host/server sat my family of 5 (3kids) right beside the kitchen doors when there were only 3 others tables in the whole restaurant. She walked away and didn’t not once again give me eye contact or any other smile or service.Our actual Server didn’t interact with my children or even greet us properly. After my children got food and my hubby and I got our appetizer we were not asked about our main course. My children were not asked how there meal was and we had to ask our server twice for crayons for our kids.And to top it all off. After it was made very away that we were uncomfortable. The manager and servers stood behind us the entire time at their server bar where they roll cutlery and stared at us the entire time.As a server and bartender who know the industry. I believe them to be unprofessional and disrespectful. My children enjoy coming to Monatanas for the fun atmosphere and the good food. We were all very dissatisfied with their service and atmosphere that the servers and managers gave off.We had employees stand right beside our table and observing the entire restaurant making our meal very uncomfortable.To bat other families with children were sat at the booths and other comfortable tables while we were overlooked.First off I thought it was a seating mistake. Maybe this was the next server in rotation so I shrugged it off. Nope other viable tables were sat right after us.Please prevent this Montanas and drive the 20 minutes to the south side one in Edmonton where my family has continuously had the best time.

Absolutely Amazing! Extremely busy, Manager was quarterbacking by assisting his staff who were working as a Great Team! Awesome to see this location busy compared to 2 years ago. Several employees still there from previous visits, which says a great deal about how management treats their employees. Fish & Chips were purchased and the fish was so huge that they covered the large plate .Great option if you are really hungry & the fish was so good. Move over Joeys Seafood. Huge rave to the Montana’s location at Nisku, Alberta.
